Born in Taiwan to a career diplomat, and educated across three continents, traversing different languages and cultures became my calling at a young age. I first became aware of the interpreting profession as a young teenager when my father told stories of working closely with interpreters during the trying negotiations for Taiwan’s APEC membership.
My international upbringing, combined with graduate-level training at the renowned Monterey Institute of International Studies, has provided me with a strong foundation in cross-cultural communication. Since earning my Master’s degree in Conference Interpretation in 2014, I have taken on diverse roles within the translation industry, from translation project manager to staff interpreter and freelance interpreter. Each experience has deepened my ability to navigate complex multilingual and multicultural environments.
As an interpreter and translator, my mission is to go beyond words—I bridge cultural gaps, ensuring that conversations don’t just happen, but move forward with clarity and purpose. With a keen eye for nuance and a deep understanding of both language and context, I facilitate meaningful dialogue that fosters connection, trust, and progress. My role extends beyond communication; I bring momentum to discussions, helping businesses and organizations navigate bilingual and bicultural interactions with ease and confidence.
